Kenya

Kenya is where worlds collide, and somehow belong together. I’ve watched wildebeest thunder across the Masai Mara, only to find myself days later on a quiet beach in Kilifi. The coastline has its own rhythm: sea turtles glide through coral gardens in Watamu, while in Lamu, carved doors and winding alleys whisper Swahili poetry. There, donkeys still outnumber cars, and time moves with the tide.

And yet, Nairobi pulses fast, creative, alive. Within hours, you’re back in the bush, under acacia trees, tracing leopard tracks in the red dust. Kenya is contrast, and the perfect beginning to Africa. Wild and still, ancient and new. A land that doesn’t ask you to choose - it gives you all of it.
